Med-Legal Services offers expertise in research and consulting for attorneys on medically related cases or potential cases. We work with and for attorneys by providing the medical expertise of a MD to review medical records and research the medical-legal issues of the case. We have a passion for this work and can help the attorneys by evaluating the strength or weakness of potential cases from a medical point of view.
We serve as consultants, researchers, and analysts. This allows us to review material and make recommendations in a timely manner. In this way, attorneys have access to an expert medical review by a Physician, to help evaluate the merits of the case, prior to embarking upon expensive pretrial preparation. We are readily available for consultation.
Fees are negotiable either by the job or on an hourly basis.
